Although the civil servant performance system of our country is being deppned constantly, there are still many problems to deal with. In line with this, this article took Dongli Town, which is in Yiyuan County, Shandong Province, as an example. I carried out a detailed investigation and study on the present situation of the civil servant performance management at the grass-roots level, combined with the actual situation of the area and put forward corresponding reform measures. Specifically, in the significances of this study on the managent status quota of Dongli Town, Yiyuan County, Shandong Province yiyuan mainly falls onto two aspects: First, from the perspective of information resources management, basic research on theories and practices of civil servant performance management was ehanced to improve the level of civil servants’ performance, enhance the incentive function of performance management on civil servants and the construction of service government. Secondly, this article takes shandong province yiyuan dongli town as an example, through the practice of the specific analysis, the basic situation of civil servant’s performance management was described in detail, from the Angle of human resource management, the deficiency of dialectical analysis of the actual management, institution transference, put forward to perfect our system of civil servant’s performance management at the grass-roots level, should constantly promote performance management system in marching towards specialization, the rationalization and regularization.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research, on-the-spot investigation method and case analysis method.
