Party Diplomacy is an important part of China’s overall diplomacy. The Communist Party of China attaches great intention to the inter-party exchanges, it is an important part of the Party’s career. Southeast Asia has an significant strategic position in the world. Southeast Asia plays an key role in China’s Neighboring Diplomacy Strategy,it is believed that study of relationship between Chinese Communist Party and Southeast Asia Party is conducive to the overall situation.According to the breadth and depth of the Inter-party relation, China and Southeast Asian Party Diplomacy process can be divided into four historical stages. The first stage is before the late 1970 s, Party Diplomacy at an early stage; The second stage is the transition stage of the 1980s; In the 1990 s it come into the stage of rapid development. Since the new century, China and Southeast Asian Party Diplomacy come into a new stage.The purpose of this paper attempts to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on the specific content of the Party Diplomacy between CPC and Southeast Asian. Through researching the contact history of CPC and Party of Southeast Asia,this paper introduces the communication base and contents of the two sides and discovers the bifurcation problems which impede the development of the relation.Finally, some experiences are summed up to provide references for the development of the relation to create a peaceful surrounding development environment.
