High-tech Enterprise Knowledge Management

During the transformation from traditional business model to e-commerce, the commerce environment is ever changing, however, at the same time, Enterprises face increasing competitions from both domestic and international. Thus, the frequent launch of new products and revisions, the timely response to market change and business crises, and the transitions to products and services based on Knowledge have all made Knowledge Management become inevitable. Moreover, for those new high- tech enterprises relying on quickly adaptation to market change and striving for technology leadership to stay competitive will put Knowledge Management at the top priority. Now every body is quite familiar with Knowledge Management and there are a number of thesis and book written on this subject. Of those, few mention on its real practicability. Chapter 5: Knowledge Management Operation Platform, including three sections on Establishment of New High-Tech Enterprises Knowledge Platform, Security Model of Enterprises Intranet ?APPDRR and Reasons and Implications in setting up Enterprise CKO Chapter 6: Successful Case Study, including Microsoft makes its Intranet as an easy-to-use Knowledge Management Tool and Sun make uses of its Knowledge Network to increase sales.
