Chinese enterprises have achieved extrusive accomplishment in reform and development after more than twenty years, their management level and diathesis has developed a lot.But our enterprises have not carried out the modern management because of the histoy cause and the limit of exterior circumstance and interior qualifaeation.Now,we are confronted with the challenge of WTO and rivalship in international market and home market.Because it can grow a kind of power that inpel us to study more, the challenge is a opportunity to our enterprises actrully.The study of chinese management science should acclimate this tideway,and develop a series of theories and methods which can use for reference the advanced management ideas and adapt of chinese need.This essay aim at the ubiquitous phenomena in chinese enterprises that act base on experience and sense,attempt to do a rational study in scaling organization validity and analysing the influence factor on it which adhibit the study ideas of management science school,combine the methods of system theory and expedient theory,and contac.t with chinese fact.And then,we bring forward two rational model.For all the course,we think over the fact of chinese enterprises and the limit in using these model, pay attention to the extent,depth and practicability. The essay consists of 3 parts: Part I : Organization and organization validity.First,it gives a definition to the organization based on systemtheory.Second,it gives a definition to the organization validity based on some study to the Organization target. Part II: The scaling of organization validity The model of scaling organization validity.First,it discusses four existing methods for scaling organization validity.Second,it bring forward a new method Integrated profit target method.And then,it builds a rational model to scale organization validity. Part III: The analysis to the influence factor on organization validity The model of the influence factor on organization validity.First,it conpartmentalize the influence factor on organization validity to circumstance factor and interior factor for a analysis one by one.Then,it builds a rational model to analyze the influence factor on organization validity.
