Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Development Strategy

Economic globalization has been continuously accelerating and enterprise inner & exterior business environment has been changing deeply for the convulsion of China's entry to the WTO and the all adjustment of world economical structure. As for the restriction of system and mechanism of the state-owned enterprises, a wide difference exists from the requirements of enterprises wholly adapted to the market economy. This article tried to point out, taking the implementation of enterprise's developoment strategy as a breakthrough, that systematic integral advance enterprise's developoment strategy is one of important models for the continual development and economic interest increase; and to analyze the urgency and necessity of enterprise's developoment strategy system and implementation that activates the state-owned enterprises' development; meanwhile, to analyzed the inner & exterior environments for the implementation of the enterprise's developoment strategy; and to bring forward the implementation principles and procedures; and to demonstrate with the case of Zhuzhou Chemical Group Corporation, and to analyze and appraise the effects of complementation of the enterprise's developoment strategy to Zhuzhou Chemical Group Corporation; and to indicate the existing problems and give some suggestions of enterprise's developoment strategy implementation.
