Fuzzy Analysis In The International Project Bidding Decisions

The international project contracting is a competitive market with big risk. When there are many international project contractors with close strength, it is of great importance for international project contractors to make right bid decision.The bid decision-making for international project is a very complicated process, and it comes down to many fuzzy factors, So it has very important realism meaning to apply fuzzy analytical method to help the bid decision-making for international project, which can improve the veracity of bid decision-making's veracity for international project.There are many methods to choose the bid item. The expert graded method is used widely, but it depends on expert's experiences too much. This paper applies the fuzzy integration judgment method with AHP method to choose the bid item, and it effectively overcomes the lack of expert graded method.The strategy model of international competitive bidding is built on the basis of fuzzy set theory, and it is a very applicable for international project contractors. The research result makes clear that the fuzzy set theory can be successfully applied to choose mark up, and can improve the quality and level of bid decision-making.
