This paper discussed the problem how tO strengthen company'S core competitive ability by constructing human resource marketing system. The first paragraph expatiated the basic intention and the theory foundation of human resource marketing.The writer make a conclusion that company'S core abi l ity does not rooted in the different structure of the market after analyzed the handspring of core competitive ability.He thinks the company'S core ability is rooting in it'S different knowledge volume and knowledge structure.Based on it the writer bring forward the concept and the intention of human resource marketing The second paragraph expatiated.how tO build the macro-system of human resourcemarketing.This problem involved three main aspects,including the human resourceproperty,the human resource price,the environment of human resoul'ce.The writer thinkhuman resource and human being can be separated limitedly,SO that we can create a system tO deal with human resource property to help US developing human resource.Atthe same time,it is very important tO optimizing the environment of human resource.Inthis sector,the writer bring forward the concept and the criterion of human resourceenvironment,and giving some proposal tO optimize the environment of human resource. The third paragraph expatiated how tO build the micro-system of human resourcemarketing in the enterprise.This problem involved two aspects,one aspect is about howtO doing human resource marketing on the material human resource carrier lay,the otheraspect is about how tO doing human resource marketing on nono~ective human resourcelay.The writer expatiated some principle tO guiding human resource marketing on thematerial human resource carrier lay.At the same time the writer give some advice on howto strengthen company'S core ability in virtue of other company'S strength....
