Hunan's Foreign Trade Enterprises Logistics Development Strategy

The modern logistics is a scientific management processing information exchange through high-tech means via computers, establishing on the basis of flowing materials entity in the time and space. Comparing to the traditional logistics, modern logistics will bring high efficiency on management and extend developing space for Hunan foreign trade enterprises.Aiming at the present condition of Hunan foreign trade enterprises ,this article analyzes the chance and difficult positions in the logistics for Hunan foreign trade enterprises. And it also points out the foreign trade logistics sprouting and the existing problems ,problem causes in Hunan, providing Logistics experiences home and abroad and stating clearly the guiding thoughts, strategic targets and tactics, strategic measures in detail.The article provides the theories analysis first, and then draws the diagram to show the process of the logistics in foreign trade. Combining with solid examples through the quality and quantitative analysis, it announces to public that there is a broad developing space on logistics in Hunan foreign trade enterprises from the management of foreign trade logistics cost, the construction of JIT system, the supply chain management ,the contract delivery and risk decision .It finally point out that Hunan foreign trade enterprises should strengthen corresponding logistics management and look for suitable developing ways(such as the third party logistics) to make powerful and competitive in the trend of blending domestic business and foreign trade after China's entry into WTO. we believe that Hunan foreign trade enterprises will make great progress in the modern logistics , while developing and innovating at the same pace of the times, training and enhancing our own core competition abilities under the circumstances of the world economy globalization.
