The Xiqing Cooperative Model

In the face of science & technology and economy's challenge, a company must continuously make technological innovation so that it can win in the competitive and adapt to the objective need of marketing development in the knowledge economy era. The cooperation of IUR (Industry, University and Research institutes) is an important way for making technological innovation, it can improve the company technological competence, enhance market competence, speed up the technological transfer and cultivate new point of economical growth. This paper is based on XTE ( Shaanxi XTC&Tsinghua Electronic Co. LTD ), mainly analyzes its model of cooperation of IUR and successful experiences, I hope that the achievements can provide some helps for other companies.This paper uses the theory of cooperation of IUR and technological innovation, studies the direct cooperation of industry, university and research institutes from the point of microcosm on the basis of much research. Firstly from the vertical of history, it analyzes the meaning, function, production and development phases of IUR, analyzes its background, means of cooperation and gradually instance and discusses the development trend of IUR. Secondly from the horizontal reality, it anatomies representative cases of IUR in home and at abroad, classifies the models into three kinds using deduction, that is technological cooperation model, contract cooperation model and unification model, studies the characteristics, merits and drawbacks, application areas of the models of cooperation using comparison. Thirdly this paper construes the background of the cooperation of XAC (Xi'an Aircraft Corporation) and Tsinghua University, the technological innovation and economical benefit of XTE. On the basic of above facts it analyzes the cooperation model of XTE in detail, studies its characteristic and operational condition as well, then this paper summarizes five successful experiences of the cooperation of XTE. Lastly, in this paper, the problems that exist currently in the cooperation process of IUR are discussed and the advices are put forward. The research achievements can provide theoretic foundation for development and continuous technological innovation of XTE, and have significanceand reference value to other companies that implement the cooperation of IUR.
