Network Star Co. Ltd is under the leadership of Department of Communication and approved by National Economic and Trade Commission to be composed of large national electronic companies. It is a communication service enterprise aimed at developing communication infrastructure and new cliental. Since 1994, Network Star Co. Ltd mainly worked on data communication for government, private enterprises and groups. Because of development in world communication and wide utilization of the internet, emergence of broadband connection will provide a solution to a key problem, i.e., insufficient bandwidth and slow speed, a bottle neck that limited further development of Chinese Internet. As a national communication network company, how Network Star Co. Ltd develop and market broadband connection service is critical and very important.Based on internet broadband connection service, this article analyzed Network Star Co. Ltd's strategy that used strength and avoided weakness of the company to survive, profit and develop in the broadband connection service market when facing a slowing down in the world network and intense national competition. Based on scientific theories and methods of strategic management of enterprise, economics, market development, analysis of feasibility and first hand materials collected when working in Network Star Co. Ltd, this article 1) analyzed Network Star Co Ltd's competition strategies in broadband connection; 2) studied, in detail, the technique-economy and feasibility of its broadband connection service especially the small area broadband connection service ; determined technical, economical and profit model of the broadband connection service for Network Star Co Ltd.; 3) summarized marketing strategies for the broadband connection services of Network Star Co Ltd. The results of this study are valuable for marketing broadband connection services for Network Star Co Ltd.
