Innovative approach takes an important place in theoretical research.With the rise of knowledge innovation and knowledge management ,it has all round value for us to adopt a new method in research of . Soft-dynamics tries to analyse the formative mechanism of knowledge evolution in the general organization ,through the soft method different from Hard-dynamics's. From the interdisciplinary perspective ,this paper gives a new research pattern on the basis of several core concepts such as knowledge order ,holographic section and knowledge information system on state of knowledge information in relevant innovative system. Directly Start from knowledge innovation and knowledge Management in knowledge society , the first part of paper points out the new trend in modern organization behavior management ,which treat the implicated knowledge as endless resource for the development of organization .And ,consider the soft factor ----knowledge distributed at every levels of organization ,as the variable of the soft-flow function. After defining the conception of Soft-dynamics system,it is necessary to explain the complexity of organization behavior through a knowledge information system (Sk).The second part mainly present the basic theory framework about general organization knowledge dynamics. Firstly, from the interdisciplinary perspective, define the holographic section (H) that represents the whole state of knowledge relative to knowledge information system(Sk), class all relevant knowledge information into three types according to the state, not to the meaning, of knowledge existing in organization. The first type is called K+(representing the knowledge emerging or being unfolded from H),the second is called K-( representing the knowledge Information being implicated or enfolded into H ),the last called K0(representing the relative still knowledge in H ,whom neither knowledge Information is unfolded from nor enfolded into ). Through analyzing the complexity in the Innovative process, the paper presents the general rule on knowledge Information. In the next place, in order to understand directly the soft-dynamical method, it analyses the dynamical mechanism considered with knowledge management and knowledge innovation of general organization , and explains the real Sense of some core conception .At microcosmic angle of view, the complex evolution path about data , Information and knowledge relating to knowledge management and knowledge innovation is analyzed qualitatively. At last conclude the characteristic of methodology on the knowledge dynamics of general organization .The third part of the paper concludes essentially the philosophical connotation and learning value of knowledge dynamics research. And, this sector shows simply the difference between system dynamics and Soft-dynamics. This paper mainly gives prominence to introduction to the method on soft-dynamics research, and strives to achieve some break-through in the front field of the knowledge management and innovation in research.
