The thesis analyzes the factors, which are influencing the company directly, and brings up the development strategy that adapts the company to become the specialization freight agency and a series of implement projects. The thesis provides a clear train of thought to overcome difficulties and get hold of opportunities, and hopefully the study has an important action for the development of the company.
