Fueled by intense competitive pressures and heightened environmental turbulence and complexity oriented by informalization and globalization of the world, Chinese firms which are in the period of paradigm-shifting are facing great problems of sustainable development. Making intrapreneurs the dominant innovation role is supposed to enable to overcome this stubborn problem. Based on such consumption, this dissertation focuses on the enhancement of intrapreneurial talent and starts out to discuss the issue of intrapreneurial learning. The main intuition of our discussion is to call for intrapreneurial behavior, and to construct a fundamental thinking platform for intrapreneurial learning and up-growing so as to push enterprises' sustainable innovation and development.Firstly, based on the analysis of intrapreneur's characteristics-intrapreneurship, this article puts forward the assumption that intrapreneurial talent is one of the kea factors that contribute to the intrapreneurial success. Afterwards, intrapreneurial talent is divided into three dimensions-knowledge, capability and intrapreneurship, and every dimension is dicussed detailedly. Our empirical research on 155 intrapreneurs from different firms in Zhejiang Province indicates that our division on intrapreneurial talent gains high reliability and validity and it greatly contributes to the innovation performance. In this study, we also find it absolutely necessarily that intrapreneurs improve their talents through the way of intrapreneurial learning. Accordingly, this dissertation defines the conception of intrapreneurial learning related with the meanings of intrapreneurial talent, following with the interpretation on the mechanism and process of intrapreneurial learning. The learning mechanism includes micro-function system (MFS) and dynamic competitive-collaborative mechanism (DCCM). MFS is made up of trigger mechanism, internalizing mechanism and externalizing mechanism, while DCCM focus on intrapreneurs' career development and resource-based game with entrepreneurs. Both of the two mechanisms show the firmly relationships between intrapreneurial learning and intrapreneurial talent. Then this dissertation divides intrapreneurial learning into two fundamental processes according to the property of planning and sustainment: incremental learning and leapfrogging learning. Based on the process of vision-creative ideas-action-result, incremental learning can be divided into three phases: adaptive learning, developmental learning and creative learning. Accordingly, leapfrogging learning is composed of key-affair-learning, benchmarking learning, and unlearning. This dissertation treats these two different learning patterns with a combination of theory description and case analysis.Besides intrepreneurs' self-exploitation, the author advocates firms helping to build up a supportive system for intrepreneurial learning so as to improve the external efficiency. According to our investigation on the motivity and resistibility, this article develops a supportive system model composed of pulling system, pushing system, bracing system andelevating network system. This article takes this supportive system as a main roll booster in maintaining the linkage between the enhancement of intrapreneurial talent and the development of enterprises.Lastly, this dissertation puts forward prospect for further study.
