Based on the investigation of the enterprise and a vast amount of reference material, this thesis makes a thorough analysis and research on the core competition of YueYang Forest and Paper Group. This thesis, at first, analyses the features of YueYang Forest and Paper Group and domestic and international papermaking, then discusses if YueYang Forest and Paper Group competes in international papermaking industry it must build its core competition capacity, more than points out that it is a validity method to improve the competing capacity of our papermaking industry. This thesis emphasizes on the feather analysis of the exiting competition capacity and future strategy development and analyses dimension benefit and the competing capacity and the competing degree of the papermaking industry. At the same time, the thesis describes the core competition building on strategic forecast enterprise innovation, organization study ,culture,sell. The thesis discusses the effect factors of building the core competition capacity of YueYang Forest and Paper Group through the unity of theory and practice, which has absorbed some available results and reflected my research understanding and had fairly practical value. At the same time, this thesis theoretically discusses the core competition capacity of papermaking industry and concludes practiced experiences and draws some important conclusion, which has practical significance.
