With the coming of the era of the global economic integration, the compention scope among enterprises expands rapidly, and so the effective. Human Resources Management becomes an important channel for enterprises to gain the upper hand. The key of the effective Human Resources Management is the achievements management, and the most effective way of the achievements management is to establish a system to evaluate achievements management is to establish a system to evaluate achievements in an enterprise. The key of dealing well with the achievements management in an enterprise is to adopt a correct at towards it and establish a suitable system to access achievements.In combination with the modern theories of the achievement evaluation, the paper analysis objectively the existing problems and their reasons in the achievements evaluation in Anhui Province Tobacco corporation, and then put forward how to potimize the theories of the achievements evaluation in Anhui Province Tobacco corporation and some relevant countermeasures.The paper stresses the aim orientation of evaluation,the fixed target of evaluation at the core, the evaluation enviroment and the evaluation results etc;and based on them, it continues to analyse the existing limitations in the work of the present achievements evaluation in Anhui Province Tabacco corporation;and then carries out an analysis of reasons from some aspects(system, personnel, etc).Lastly, in view of the actual situation of the achievements evaluation in Anhui Province Tobacco corporation, the writer tries to put forward some solution plans.
