With the coming of the era of the global economic integration, the competition from the internal and international market becomes keener and keener. More and more people realize that manpower resource is not only the first resource, but also the key to giving a company a competitive advantage. Practice proves that you'll win in the competition if you pay more attention to the development and management of the manpower resource, value the ascertainment and keep the requirement of the employees consistent with the company goal. During the course of the development and management of manpower resource, the performance evaluation seems more important. It is just like a sword with two blades. If the result of the performance evaluation is good, it can help the company attract more excellent talents and raise the whole company efficiency and make the best economic benefit at the same time; whereas it can shake the employee's morale and affect the power of the company competition. At present, the power company is at a changing stage- from the traditional personal administration to the modern manpower resource management. The present important task is how to make the performance evaluation connect with the word-famous companies. I wrote this essay by doing more research, looking up many documents, referring to the successful methods and experience of some companies, and analyzing and thinking over the achievement evaluation of YC Power Supply Company.This essay gives some reformist measures of the performance evaluation. I hope these measures can have an active effect on promoting the company management and improving the whole company strength.
