Inner Mongolia Public Security Fire Performance Appraisal System Design

This thesis analyzes the construction of performance evaluation system and the function, principle, method, technology, feedback as well as result exercising of performance evaluation, starting with modern performance evaluation theory and combining with characteristics of public security fire army. On the basis of comprehending responsibility of the army in the new period and reviewing the evolution and structural establishment of Inner Mongolia Public Security Fire Brigade, the thesis analyzes the main problems existing in performance evaluation system of the army. Aiming at these problems the thesis constructs the performance evaluation system of the army according to the theory above mentioned. The system includes two parts. One is the performance evaluation regulations containing organization of evaluating, confirming of performance objective, evaluating procedures, exercising of evaluating result and performance feedback. The other is performance evaluation operating detailed rules. It settles such questions as who are responsible for the evaluation, who will be evaluated, the content of evaluation, how to evaluate and utilize the result of evaluation.
