Minority Villages In The Traditional Coordination Mechanisms Conflict With The Primary Election System, Integration Of Research

China's ethnic minority develop their socio-economic needs to train it's endogenous force after all. Basic-level democratic elections is the fundamental way to train and promote the endogenous force in rural area, only through elections autonomy can condense the strength of the rural areas , then transforms self-development the power. But in ethnic minority areas, especially in ethnic minority villages, the traditional coordination mechanism was still playing the vital role in its social movement, This coordination mechanism and the basic-level election system from the ideological foundation to the practice, there are different levels of conflict. The existence of such conflicts affecting the ethnic minority areas in-depth development of villager self—administration, is also restricting the promotion of endogenous force in the national minority area. This article in conflicts and in the integration the oretical analysis foundation, analysis the composes of tradition coordination mechanism in southeast of Guizhou Province, the possibility of conflict and integration about traditional coordination mechanism and the basic-level electoral system in Ethnic minority area, the performance,the origin and the influence of conflict. Through these analyses, we believe that the two's conflict is between the formal system and its environment conflict, can be integrated. Finally, after in summing up the two experience of integration in reality, proposes countermeasure and the mentality about the two in the further.
