Cooperation In Crisis Management Research

Our country is a developing country, is being in the transition period of economic and society. Under many kinds of factor, such as, international, domestic synthesis function, our country's crisis event occurs frequently. These crisis event not only to bring massive loss of personal safety and property, but also becomes one of social agitation roots, already became restriction the sustainable development and harmonious stable of social economy. Therefore, especially appeared to important to management the crisis event, the crisis management research already became one of the public administration key contents in the last few years, but the crisis management's cooperation question research are so quite lagged.In order to deal with the crisis event, government's function is very important, but, only depends upon government's strength is insufficient, also needs social various bodies cooperation, unifies all quarters benefit, and expanded all people's benefit, can realize the resistance crisis's maximization. Therefore, the research about the idea of crisis management's cooperation, it's very necessity.This article utilizes the related principle of public administration, studies Comrade Hu Jintao's thought about cooperation,use the successful experience about the crisis management cooperation from overseas, want to attempts analyze the cooperation's mechanism, cooperation relationship, the assurance measures for cooperation relationship, cooperation during crisis management in our country,which based on the view between government, citizen, volunteer organizations, to discusses the cooperation question in our country's crisis management. This article is analyzing the necessity and the feasible foundation of cooperation between various communities, to discuss how to cooperate between different communities. The author thought that the key to cooperation lie in:the role, the way to choose, how to designs the cooperation organization, and build the ensure mechanism for cooperation relationship.Then built up a broad-adaptive integrated government and society as a whole interaction of crisis management cooperation mechanism. Make the government, and the communities worked together to resist the crisis.
