Burnout in the workplace in today's society a more common phenomenon, and it is also a relatively young research field. In the past studies, scholars have mainly a theoretical framework of occupational burnout was built area of study also mainly limited to teachers, medical and other industries, the study of civil servants in this industry less. In our country, to build a harmonious socialist background, the government's ability to govern the people have become increasingly demanding, the civil service's overall status and work attitudes directly determine the efficiency of the administrative organs and the quality of work. Therefore, the issue of civil service job burnout has important theoretical and empirical significance. This article is based on job burnout related theories to explain the status quo of China's civil service job burnout and the danger of analysis of causes and the corresponding countermeasures.
