With the vigorous development of vocational education and the deepening of reform, vocational teachers are faced with severe challenges, the overall quality of vocational teachers to improve to become a key issue, related to the overall development of higher vocational education. The further education is to improve the overall quality of vocational teachers, vocational teachers to promote professional development an important way. Enhance the further education of vocational teachers, vocational teachers to promote the implementation of further education, not only for the development of higher vocational education is important, but also to promote China's economic construction and building a moderately prosperous society of great significance. This study is the professional perspective of teachers, combined with the status of vocational teachers in further education, will be based on further professional development of vocational teacher education for up to the level of theory, thus enriching and developing vocational further education of teachers.Introduction of this article described perspective of the need for vocational teachers' futher education from the life-long education, combined with the development trend of higher vocational education, proposed strengthening the professional development of vocational teachers based on Further Education of the necessary.The first part of this paper described the theoretical basis to the total vocational education teachers, including lifelong learning theory, teacher professionalization theory, the theoretical support of adult education theory. The second part focuses on a practical level, described the basic situation of the investigation firstly,and then analyzed the status of vocational teachers'futher education based on survey results, to find out several problems which exist in the current process of vocational teachers in the implementation of futher education especially based on the professional development of vocational teachers.
