Senior High School Students With Learning Difficulties Generated And Transformed Into The Study

The causes that the learning disability students come about is very complex, and how to transform these students into good students in schools education is not a key, but a difficulty, what kind of method and strategy we will take is a long-term exploration and research topic as educational workers. Therefore, we should fully and deeply known and understand these learning difficulty students, so as to effectively improve their bad school work, force them to develop healthily in their cognition,emotion,behavior etc.In the essay, I will analysis and do some research on these learning disability students who we run across in our teaching work , and we found that most of them are non- intellectual learning disability students " ". For those non-intelligence factor (including interest, will, emotion, motive, faith, habits, etc) they are lack of interest in learning, and as a result they are weak in their marks. The main reasons that learning disability students come about are:1, Unhealthy factors in family. For example , If their parents spoiled their child badly since childhood; Some parents cultural level is limited, they literally beat and scold their child; Some parents let children's study drift, what worse ,never ask, etc.2, The influence of harmful factors in school. If teachers'education methods are simple and crude, and deal with questions are injustice; these students'learning difficulties couldn't get teachers'help and guidance in time.3, Harmful factors in peer groups. For example, money worship is existing among middle school students, and some of them communicated with negative social molecular, etc.4, The public media & the influence of social culture. Such as bad style magazine; unhealthy film,television and network, etc.Therefore, we must analyze these students' psychology seriously, finding the causes of the students who have some difficulties in learning, taking "a key to the lock", pertinently doing some work well on how to change these students .So, to educate these students, we must adopt comprehensive,intervenient means. Firstly, we think psychological training is the key to changing these students, and put up with some psychological training strategy: developing students' interest, causing learning motivation, overcoming negative psychology. Secondly, learning strategy training is very useful, some researches on studying have been found that these students fall behind others in learning, and they are not lack of intelligence and hardship, but they are inferior to others students in learning strategies . Thirdly, in teaching process teachers should pay attention to teaching strategy,educational strategy of emotion, environmental strategy, different subject that is dealt with separately and step-by-step strategy.
