Content: Although the theory on self-management of classes appeared earlier, but secondary schools did not pay sufficient attention to it. Primary and secondary schools still adopt police-style and nanny-based management of classes. The class is important to the development of the students. The senior high students have the ability to supervise themselves in all aspects. So it is possible for Senior High schools to adopt the self-management of classes. At the same time, as the quality education and the course reform are developing, the self-management of classes has been the important part of educational and teaching management reform in Senior High schools. Therefore, further research about the issues of self-management of classes has a strong practical significance.When we make a general survey of the situation of the academic circles, the research achievements are not abundant. The existing articles are basically on the practice, and still remain on the level of experience's introduction. There is no systematic study. In view of the situation, the author of the article carefully studied the documents correlated with the theory and analyzed the correlated definitions on the self-management of classes in detail.After that, the researcher explored the self-management in the senior schools through the questionnaire, the visiting and the observation, summarized the problems on the self-management of senior school and thought over them.Based on thinking over the practice of the self-management of classes, the researcher elaborates the correlated contents on the self-management of classes in different aspects, which contain the main psychological characteristics of the students, the features of the aim of the self-management of classes, the functions of the class to the self-management of classes, the principles that should be kept in building the self-management-style class and so on.In addition, in view of the problems existing in the practice of self-management of classes, the researcher also explored the three steps in the formation of the self-management-style class and the correlated countermeasures for improving the level of the self-management of classes in order to do what I can to help the reform of the practice of self-management of classes.
