In the mid and late part of 1990s,the concept of school curriculum development was introduced in our country and arouses educational circles widespread interest. With new round country elementary education curriculum reform advancement,the Ministry of Education"third-level curriculum, third-level management"system's establishment, the school in the curriculum developed has obtained more atonomy, which making the school curriculum development to step a new stair. At the same time, the cultural globalization, the multiplication have enormously enriched the school curriculum resources, which brought a new turning point for the development of the school curriculum. Hip-hop as a global youth popular culture, spreads to our country mainland from the 1990s until now, was already rooted in our country general young people community in short dozens of years, and has the profound influence to their life and study. Therefore, how to guide the young students correctly facing Hip-hop, how to more reasonable use of Hip-hop resources for education services appear paticularly important. This article main text mainly divides into three parts.The first part : the definition of Hip-hop and the resources of school curriculum. Main introduction : the definition of Hip-hop connotations, development process, characteristic, objective and Chinese as well as the collated of school curriculum resources.The second part : the necessity, the possibility and the serviceability of Hip-hop as school curriculum resources. It is mainly divided into three parts, first of all, from the society, the young people and the school three aspects to prove the necessity of the Hip-hop as the school curriculum resources. Secondly, from the value, objective, element, main body and carrier proves the possibility of the Hip-hop as the school curriculum resources. Thirdly, from the school's economic and political position and type two aspects to analyze the applicable scope of the Hip-hop as the school curriculum resources.The third part: The feasible strategy of the development of the Hip-hop as the school curriculum resources. Main illustration: the six aspects of the contents about the objective, the main body, the content, the principle, the attention question as well as appraises of the development of the Hip-hop as the school curriculum resources.
