Shanghaimeizhuan Teachers A Problem For Research

This thesis mainly take the teaching structure of Shanghai Training School of Fine Arts as the main point to find out the teaching structure in new style schools which had been appeared at the beginning of Chinese art education about a century ago, so as to discuss the problems appeared at that time.Shanghai Training School of Fine Arts, which is the earliest art school in China, the pluralistic teaching structure, job requirement and mobility was typically represented the faculty construction of early art schools. This thesis mainly take the qualified teachers of Shanghai Training School of Fine Arts as the key point of research, via the author's analysis of school teachers'change in different period under the research and restoration of the teacher list, to classify different sources of the teachers of Shanghai Training School of Fine Arts and to research the problem and solution which has been emerged in the period of running this school on qualified teachers. It hope to reflect the constitution of teachers in the early Chinese art education through the objective reflection of the teacher situation and the establishment of Shanghai Training School of Fine Arts.
