In the context of education informatization,lifelong education and multi-media network technology, the training of personal independent learning ability has been pay extensive attention, many Countries in the world regard the students self-learning ability as an important educational goals. Currently,people have great enthusiasm on the research of the self-learning ability, but most of them confined to the traditional teaching environment in schools, how to cultivate self-learning ability of students to theory and practice should be further in network environment. Educational virtual community as one form of online education, with its unique characteristics, gets more and more people's attention. Educational virtual community provides us with a more open and free self-learning environment. It relies on sharing of teachers and students, finally complet the teaching and learning which need to meet the requirements of course objectives. So how to enable students to actively and efficiently participate in the community to study independently? How to cultivate self-learning ability which bashed on Educational virtual community? What strategy needed to develop? So that the students really learn how to learn and to do the masters of learning, improve their competitiveness and development potential to promote the comprehensive development of the individual. These are the key to this study,and they are also noteworthy and valuable research.This paper based on the "learning sciences and learning technology" course in the educational virtual community to complete teaching practice, through the method of theoretical and empirical research, in the premise of clearing development path and implications about independent study, firstly, we parse the meaning of self-learning ability bashed on Educational virtual community, then through the characteristics of Educational virtual community, analyze the structures of self-learning ability bashed on Educational virtual community. Through the survey on the Students who take Parted the course of "learning sciences and learning technology"and analyzed it, we can learn students' situation of self-learning ability which based on educational virtual community, and according to the status of autonomous learning,designe a training strategy to strengthen the self-learning ability of students to meet the demand for talent in the future society.Obtained by analysis, the structures of self-learning ability bashed on Educational virtual community can be classified as the five main system,they are emotional regulation, self-monitoring capacity, information capacity, self-evaluation capacity, ability to cooperate with others. Emotion regulation includes learning attitudes, learning motivation, learning interest, confidence and will. Self-monitoring capacity includes learning time management, learning process monitoring and self-regulation. Information capability includes obtaining information, understanding information and application information. Self-evaluation includes self-assessment and self-contained summary. Ability to cooperate with others includes students cooperating with teachers and students cooperating with themselves. Among these five structures, emotion regulation is the basic premise. Self-monitoring ability of students is the core component of self-learning ability bashed on Educational virtual community. Information capacity is the necessary condition. Self-evaluation capacity is the guarantee. Ability to cooperate with others is secondary. The five parts are not separate, but interrelated and interact.Furthermore, obtained through empirical analysis,the factors of self-learning ability bashed on Educational virtual community including emotional factors, self-monitoring, information capacity, self-evaluation, ability to cooperate with others and so on. These factors are conducive to design effective training strategies, improve the situation of self-learning ability, let university students can really learn how to learn and make full use of Social resources and the environment, So as to promote the harmonious development of individual students.
