At present, there are many problems lying in junior middle school education teaching , such as both the teachers and the students have too heavy burdens and too much effectless work and so on. So what is the breakthrough to solve these problems ? How can we find the effective teaching methods to change the current situation? With these questions, "teaching guide measuring card" teaching experiments came out. Its purpose is to improve classroom teaching and teaching efficiency. "Teaching guide for students measure card" can be regarded as a learning tool and material for students. It can develop the ability of studying by themselves gradully, make the teachers' directions of preparing and teaching lessons clear , and change the situation in which teachers prepare for teaching just to temporise leaders' inspection vists thoroughly. If the teaching methords can be changed, it will drive the changes of the students' learning methords, and promote the development of both the teachers and students eventually.This paper summarizes the experience of the teaching research reform which has been lasting for four years, the use of the action research make the experiment proceed smoothly , and the experimental effect can been got through the experimental method. In the study I actively explore mathematics teaching regularities of junior middle school , and the results of the reform was advanced. The content of thr research comes from the teaching practice mostly. It is not only a summary of my own teaching experience, but also a learning process of researching and improving. This article will be discussed mainly from the following chapters:chapter 1 the content of the teaching research about "teaching guide measuring card"; chapter 2, "teaching guide measuring card" teaching strategy ; Chapter 3 "teaching guide measuring card" teaching practice case; The fourth chapter "teaching guide measuring card" teaching experiment, the effect; Chapter 5: "teaching guide measuring card" teaching thinking and prospect. It gives details on how to design teaching in the teaching measure card ", how to apply all described . It uses more teaching examples and the language is understandable for readers to understand.The innovation of the study lies in: combining the teachers' teaching with students' learning ; conducting multi-dimensional research ;Making the"lessons, teaching, testing, homework" four-in-one .Judging from the actual teaching effect, the experiment has achieved satisfactory results: Lightening the load of both the teachersand the student , speeding the teachers' professional growth i;ncreasing a teaching result significantly. "Teaching guide measuring card" focuses on students, teaching design, class detection, after-school exercises are student-centered. It maximizes the students' main role. Therefore, no matter from practical aspects or development potential it has very good research and extension value.
