The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. As being conforming to the changes, the education must be established in the personality development of students. But between the students, there are individual differences, so the school must respect the differences between students and effective implementation of differentiated instruction.New curriculum promotes that "teachers should respect the personality of students; concern about the individual differences; satisfy the different needs of each student; and make each student get fully development." But, according the search of the recently, especially after the propounding the New Curriculum related records, the research about the diversity teaching in physical education is not considerable quantitatively. How the diversity teaching can be implemented effectively in senior high school is the realistic problem which is worth for think with great concentration.In the various patterns of diversity teaching, the author chooses cooperative learning to explore the diversity teachingThe part of introduction declares the following issues:1.why the research is about the diversity teaching basically? 2. what's the sense of the diversity teaching on account of the cooperative learning? 3.the existing researches and achievements.4.what the primary researching methods and the exploring issues are.The fist part analyzes the theoretic basis of the diversity teaching and the cooperative learning, which are including personality, the definition of diversity personality and diversity teaching, the theoretic basis of diversity teaching; the connotation, basic elements, theoretic basis of cooperative learning; the process of cooperative learning and the teachers'roles.The second part is the theoretic research of the diversity teaching on account of the cooperative learning. The primary issues are:the analyticity of the diversity teaching on account of the cooperative learning, that is the announcements of diversity teaching inspired by cooperative learning. The train of thoughts and implementing measures are including:the methods of diversity detecting, and group-dividing strategies and classroom layout which are suited 42-member format in our country. Then it is about the basic principles of syllabus based on the diversity teaching on account of the cooperative learning. Lastly, evaluated processes are constructed. The third part is mainly about the experiment was proceeded in a senior high school in Qingtongxia, a city of Ningxia province, which was last for one term. It is including the objects, design, and the modes of operations.The experiment demonstrates that small group cooperative learning is indeed a effective model of diversity teaching. It is mainly representing in following aspects:(1) The physic basic knowledgeable level could be promoted substantially through group cooperative learning;(2) Group cooperative learning can enhance student interest in learning physics;(3) The students'leaning initiative is improved significantly;(4)The introversive students can promote within the guts through cooperative learning;(5) Some students'leadership could be elaborated adequately;(6) Enhance the students'united sense.
