Along with the development of the teaching reform and the popularity of information technology in education, informatization in teaching has become an inevitable trend in the development of teaching reform, it also appeared various teaching mode, but Chinese education reform and development outline points out that the program of education reform carries on for many years, there are still many problems in education of our country, teaching methods are dated, The abilities that adapting to social life of students are generally low. As far as English is concerned, teachers focus too much on the knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and so on, but focus less on students' abilities that using language in practical application, which makes students' study results are remarkable difference and their abilities of using language in actual life are low. Therefore, this article analyses the issues such as the current education forms of development in China, the middle school English teaching situation, the new requirements of new English curriculum standards and Information technology supports for students'learning(The rapid development of information technology provides a strong technical support for creating real learning language situations for students, making students use language on the base of real situation in life and stimulating students' interesting in study and so on),and the article is under the guidance of the learning theories of constructionism and blending learning and the theory of "competencies-based integration situation teaching approach" which is proposed by Xavier Roegiers, at last this article elaborates the practical research of "competencies-based integration situation on the base of information technology" in English class.This article is composed by six chapters:The first chapter:Introduction. This chapter expounds the research background, determines the research target and meaning, proposes the main study processes and methods, and formulates concrete research routes.The second chapter:Literature review. It analyses the domestic and foreign research status on "situation teaching" firstly, then it analyses the situation of the supporting of information technology in middle school English teaching, in the final it analyses the situation of study of "competencies-based integration situation", and analyses the problems in the existing research,at last it points out the future research.The third chapter:Overview of "competencies-based integration situation" and theoretical foundation. Firstly, it simply sketches out the definition, characteristic, the basic concept, the basic mode and the feasibility analysis of "competencies-based integration situation", then it puts forward the several theoretical basics of the article, they are such learning theories of constructionism, blending learning and the Cone of Experience.The forth chapter:Questionnaire survey and analysis. It analyses the station of teaching in English class under the condition of information technology of teachers in Don Yuan Experimental middle school, the survey includes the stations of teachers' using information technology, setting teaching situations in class and teachers' basic situation and so on, thus founds the main problems existing in the English teaching, in order to lay the foundation for the study.The fifth chapter:Teaching practice implementation and analysis. It introduces the preparation, specific process and the analysis of practical research results of the teaching practice of "competencies-based integration situation on the base of information technology", it mainly adopts approaches of Classroom observation, Questionnaire and Interviews to analyze the reaching practice.The sixth chapter:Research conclusions and prospects. It proposes the issues which should be paid attention to and the advantage of the approach of "competencies-based integration situation on the base of information technology" in teaching firstly, then it points out the existing problems and the prospects of the research.
