| With the development of information and network technologies, humans are entering into the age of information knowledge. In such an era, knowledge, as a kind of capital and resource, has attracted wide attention. Intellectual capital has gradually become the key determinants to the economic growth and development. The knowledge accumulation, utilization and innovation has also become the basis of social development, correspondently, the knowledge management emerges, as the time requires. Schools are knowledge-intensive organizations and teachers are carriers in educational work, thus making teachers'knowledge management the first priority in educational knowledge management. The incoming educational reform and the developing of learning society pose new challenges for teachers. In order to meet those challenges, teachers must promote their own development and professional quality through knowledge management. Personal knowledge management of teachers is not only important to their professional development and enhancement, but also greatly promotes students'academic level, as well as school competition in the reform of new curriculum. At the mean time, it holds great, deep significance to stability and rapid development of basic education in China both in theory and practice. However, the school leadership and teachers in many schools have little knowledge about personal knowledge management of teachers, especially some high school teachers in rural areas who are unfamiliar with this, some are even completely strange with this. Therefore, the thesis makes a system study on the personal knowledge management of high school teachers in rural areas.In the first part, the thesis first introduces the origin of the study and represents the study fruits of personal knowledge management by some foreign scholars. Form the aspects of journal articles and scientific dissertations the thesis makes a deep discussion on the current situation of personal management of teachers both at home and abroad. In the end of this part, the objective and meaning, thoughts and contents, research methods of this thesis, as well as innovations and flaws in this thesis are proposed. Based on the previous analysis, this part puts forward the author's research question, which plays a role of cushion.In the second part, the thesis, form the aspects of knowledge and knowledge classification, extends through to the concept, classification and transformation of teachers'knowledge. On this basis, it deeply elaborates the correlated theories of personal knowledge management of teachers and their development. It also analyzes the relationship between personal knowledge management of teachers and their professional development. This part is taken as a theory basis for the later discussion.In the third section, the author fully discusses the existing problems and influencing factors of teachers'personal knowledge management on the basis of the investigation under the theoretical framework of teachers'personal knowledge management and their professional development. The factor analysis consists of two aspects, namely the external environmental factors and teachers'subjective factors. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward the optimization strategies for teachers' personal knowledge management in rural junior high schools. |
