How to improve the skills of effective teaching has been an important course in the education for many years. As we know, teacher is the chairman in the class. The teachers'teaching behaviors is the main factor of the effective teaching.In the 1980s, a majority of teachers tried to solve the problems (few slow bad west) in the Chinese education. Professor Qian submits the ideology about the relationship of the students, teachers and the training. Especially, he said that the teacher was the chief in the class. What they have done could directly lead to good learning.This theory is still useful today, even though it was appeared 30years ago. This essay is based on the other's opinions and tried to found the law of the Mr. Qian's effective teaching behaviors from the topical the question and the answers.This dissertation is divided into five parts:Chapter I --The Relationship of the Mr. Qian's Advanced Teaching and the Effective Teaching. in this part, the writer have made the circumscription of the Chinese effective teaching, which by the current research of the effective teaching. In the Mr. Qian's theory, students are the owners, teachers are the guiders, tasks are the clew. Teachers are the chief of the class, they can improve the teaching effective by the topical the questions and the answers.Chapter II --The Role of the Topical in the Effective Teaching. In this part, we analyze the topical by Mr.Qian, and found that the topical is the schedules of the teaching acts. They can create a freely class, by the way, they can also guid the students'thoughts, enhance the students'ability.Chapter III--The Role of the Questions in the Effective Teaching. In this part, we talked about the questions of Mr. Qian's. He designed the questions, which were from students, to solved the problems, and tried to make the students fall in love with the Chinese.Chapter IV--The Role of the Answers in the Effective Teaching. in this part, we paid close attention to the smart answers by Mr. Qian. Whatever the hard questions or odd questions could be the smart answers in his class.Chapter V--Strategy and Reflection. It is the last part of this essay. In this part, we submitted some advices about how to improve our skills of the effective teaching. we can got some worthy sleights which can be used in our teaching in future.
