"Curriculum standard is the criterion of education quality measure." Curriculum standard is the security of evaluation quality, and evaluation is the bottleneck that restricts new curriculum reform. Along with the introduction of the new curriculum standard, the consistency analysis of the school achievement evaluation and curriculum standard becomes the hot topic of education reform."The outline of basic education curriculum reform (trial version)" points out that "national curriculum standard is the basis of compiling teaching materials, teaching, assessment and examination." Therefore, the assessment based on curriculum standards is the assurance of the national curriculum implementation of excellence quality, but this kind of research is rarely in domestic at present, the application in discipline fields is almost not involved, junior middle school chemical academic level examination are important part of the academic achievement evaluation, this article preliminarily discusses the consistency of junior middle school chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard from category consistency,depth of knowledge consistency, range of knowledge correspondence, balance of representation,by referring webb's pattern. We sample four cities'junior high school chemical academic level examination papers of S province, according to the economic development level, branch and comprehensive examination factors, We preliminarily analyze matching degree of junior middle school chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard, and find the technology of judging the consistency between junior middle school chemical academic level examination and curriculum.The paper is composed of six parts:preface, four parts of the text content, the problems and prospects.The Introduction analyzes the background of the consistency between assessment and curriculum standards, and we introduce the significance and the status quo of this research.The first part expounds the theoretical basis of analyzing the consistency of academic achievements assessment and curriculum standards. Firstly, we define and analyze the related concepts of this research, and then we introduce webb's pattern from category consistency, depth of knowledge consistency, range of knowledge correspondence, balance of representation.The second part designs the analysis method of consistency between junior middle school chemistry level exams and the curriculum standard. We take the stratified sampling method and select four samples as the research object in S province, and determine the quantitative and qualitative analysis method. Then this paper introduces the encoding methods of curriculum standard and tests, finally it explains statistical method of the coded tests.The third part analyzes the features of the consistency between chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard. Firstly, this paper analyzes the general features of the consistency between chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard, and then it analyzes the region features of the consistency between chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard.The fourth part analyses influential factors of the consistency between chemical academic level examination and curriculum standard. First, we take questionnaire method to understand influential factors of the consistency, by statistical analyzing to find the reasons why four areas and various fields are different, we put forward suggestions and opinions aiming at these influence factors. The part of problems and prospect analyze the limitations of this study, and make a. prospect for the future research.
