Geography curriculum resources construction, in curriculum reform of elementary education from the pilot phase to promote phase of a comprehensive background, has become the education theory and practice of the highlights. In the current, the effective implement "rich geography curriculum, enhance the vitality of geography teaching" of geographical new curriculum requirements, but also disdain for theoretical research and practical experience to continue to accumulate. Faced with this situation, this paper has studied the specific area of Qian counties on how to improve their standard of construction of high school geography curriculum resources, has certain practical significance.This study, based on its own characteristics of geography, based on high school geography curriculum standards, supported by intellectual development theory, contemporary curriculum theory, constructivist theory and other theories, On the basis of Carding and drawing geography curriculum resources from home and abroad related research results, through the questionnaire, the interview surveys, the statistical analysis and other research methods, has investigated and understood the current Qian county high school geography curriculum resources development and utilization of the realities and problems, and in-depth analysis of the underlying causes have led to problems. On this basis, combined with Qian county high school geography teaching realities and specific conditions of appropriate coping strategies and development proposals.The survey found problems:spread widely part of the geography curriculum resources are still inadequate; part of the curriculum resources could not have been fully utilized; the main is single, the carrier is only, the place is small, the outdated is content, the form is monotonous with curriculum resource development and utilization; curriculum resources development and utilization lack of inside school and outside school communication and cooperation; curriculum resources of development and utilization lack scientific management, and many other issues. The reason, on the one hand,most of the geography teachers, their own awareness and capacity of curriculum resources development and utilization is weak; on the other hand, the external security measures is not perfect, geography curriculum resources, especially the outside school curriculum resources development and utilization, there are many limiting factors.Solutions discuss:first, this paper from three aspects of the development and utilization of inside school, outside school and information technology curriculum resources, has discussed the issues of Qian county high school geography curriculum resources development and utilization currently. Specifically, the inside school geography curriculum resources development and utilization should be to development further the teaching materials, to activate hard the internal human resources, to use diligently geographical teaching aids resources, to make full use of facilities and equipment resources, to be good at generating resources in classroom capture, to integrate cleverly related disciplines resources, to nurture actively school environment resources; the outside school geography curriculum resources development and utilization should be to tap fully the local geography resources, to use extensively mass media resources; the information geography curriculum resource development and utilization should be to use efficiently internet resources, to use effectively multimedia resources. Finally, from the angle of supported environment construction of the curriculum resources development and utilization, this paper has proposed that the training about geography curriculum reform should increase, multi-platform of internal and external exchanges and cooperation should build, and the database construction of web-based curriculum resources should strengthen and other advices, in order to be able to provide specific help for the geography teaching and research of Qian county high school.
