The traditional curriculum resource is exploited by experts and scholars, the curriculum which is exploited by the state concerns the uniformity of school education of our country, but it ignores the local features and specific school's context. Curriculum resources are the foundation and guarantee for the curriculum reform. And the curriculum reform is very difficult to continue to implement without the support of curriculum resources. At present the research of the development and exploitation of biology curriculum resources is still relatively few, many of which are confined to the theory. Therefore, the study of the development and exploitation of biology curriculum resources is necessary. It not only help the curriculum reform of basic education develop very well in China ,but also provide a theoretical basis for the development and exploitation of biology curriculum resources under the curriculum reform of basic education conditions. And which is also good for the implementation of the new curriculum.Firstly, this paper searches the concept of curriculum resources through access to literatures at home and abroad, determines the concept of curriculum resources of the thesis. Then develops a questionnaire, surveys the five district and two counties of Lanzhou City, a total of 28 schools, 100 high school biology teachers and 520 students, interviews 15 teachers. Analysis shows that, at present the main problems of the development and exploitation of high school biology curriculum resources in Lanzhou are: course resources are not sufficient, appropriate evaluation mechanisms are absent, teachers' awareness of the development and exploitation of curriculum resources is not strong, students' main role in curriculum resource is ignored .As to the present problems, the author puts forward suggestions from the following aspects: the evaluation model of curriculum resources, improving teachers' knowledge and ability at the aspect of curriculum resources and fully mobilizing the initiative of students, in order to help the development and exploitation of the curriculum resources in practice ,complete the new curriculum better .Finally, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of strategies of the development and exploitation of biology curriculum resources, including its principles, methods and means.
