With the development of society,education has become a key factor in improving overall strength of one nation. Teacher professional development is the core work of education reform.Primary and secondary teachers are charged with the important responsibility of training the new century talent, so the teacher professional development to improve the quality of education is particularly important.Teacher training has been an effective way of improving the quality and ability of primary and secondary school teachers. But the traditional teacher training emphasis on giving or receiving.Even if the primary and secondary school teachers participated in the training, they will not receiv satisfactory results. With the development of science and technology and the knowledge era coming. knowledge update faster and faster. Traditional teacher training has been unable to meet the needs of present and future teachers, can not meet the new requirements of learning society and lifelong education system for primary and secondary school teachers.Open,rich resources and not subject to the constraints of time and space are network features.Primary and sencondary teachers can study at any time anywhere. Self-regulated learning in Network environment is an effective way for the primary and secondary school teachers in professional developmenting. while making life-long learning of teachers, lifelong development possible.And network and remote teacher training is an important form of self-regulated learning in network environment for primary and secondary shchool teachers.The thesis is based on the analysis of bachground,aimed at analysising the composition and influence factors of self-regulated learning ability under network environment through the elaboration of the concept and process of self-regulated learning in the network for primary and secondary school teachers.Though the anasising of the composition of writer network self-regulated learning ability for primary and secondary school teachers,the design the Questionnaire of .The thesis use Excel 2003 and Spssl7.0 to analysis the data and investigate the current status of network self-regulated learning ability of primary and secondary school teachers.Based on the results to propose the propose targeted measures for the teachers improving their self-regulated learning ability under network environment.The purpose of this study is to build the model of self-regulated learning ability in the network environment of primary and secondary school teachers through theoretical analysis of constitutes. Through a questionnaire survey to analy the status of self-regulated learning ability of primary and secondary school teachers under the network environment and to further test and verify the science of the model of self-regulated learning ability. Ultimately, to propose some effective strategies for primary and secondary school teachers to improve their self-regulated learning ability under network envirnment.The whole thesis includes six chapters.The first chapter describes the backgrond of the research,the current situation of the research,the purpose and significance,the research methods and the thinking of the thesis.The second chapter overview the contents of self-regulated learning,and describes the theoretical basis of the thesis.The third chapter analyzes the elements and formation mechanism of self-regulated learning in network environment.On this basis, to explore the self-regulated process of primary and secondary school teachers in the metwork and remote teachers'training.The fourth chapter analysis the composition and subjective and objective factors of self-regulated learning ability in network environment of primary and scondary school teachers based on the network and remote teachers'training procses.The fifth chapter uses Spss17.0 to analysis the data among different gender,age,teaching time,education level, job title,school location, school level,subject property,the time of contacting the network,with or without sufficient time to further grasp the current status of self-regulated learning ability in network environment of primary and scondary school teachers.The sixth chaprter summarizes the current status of self-regulated learning ability in network environment of the primary and scondary school teachers.At the last, the thesis propose some good strategies to improve the teachers'self-regulatde learning ability in network environmnet.
