With the rapid development of our country economy, people’sstandard of living increased significantly, also put forwardhigher request to the quality of life, diversified consumer demandtrends."Spend money on health" is becoming a fashion consumptionview of life.At the same time, the fitness club arises at thehistoric moment for the mass consumption, and rapid development,now has become an important part in the sports industry in China,sports market has huge potential.Especially in the successfulhosting of Beijing Olympic Games in2008, the country set offan upsurge of fitness, for the development of fitness club hasbrought a new opportunity, commercial fitness club got rapiddevelopment.This paper uses the literature material, questionnaire survey,expert interview, field investigation and mathematical statisticsresearch methods, such as the application of relevant theoriesand methods of human resources management present situation inGuiyang city commercial fitness club system analysis.Study found:Guiyang city commercial fitness club management organizationstructure of the single and simple, hiring talent way too littleand the quality is low;Backward fitness club staff training mode,training mode of the single, the lack of the prospective employees to develop career planning and development direction;Theimperfection of the club staff salary and welfare system, theemployee’s salary and fundamental rights protection is notenough;The club of the employees in basic no attaches greatimportance to the mental health problems;The club to strengthenteam construction, the music department organizations do not payenough attention to cultural development.In Guiyang city commercial fitness club of human resourcemanagement and operation mechanism of research, some Suggestionsare given:To establish scientific and reasonable commercialfitness club management organizational structure, through variouschannels scientific engage and select the right talent;Payattention to the health club staff training to help employeesdevelop career planning and development direction;Design areasonable compensation and benefits system, protect the salaryand the basic rights and interests of employees;Attaches greatimportance to the club staff mental health promotion in the normaloperation of the club;Pay attention to the club’s teamconstruction, strengthen the development of the organizationalculture of the club.
