With the continued development of China economic society,people’s material and cultural living standard has been greatlyimproved, but overall, the new way of life that human labor isreduced and the psychological pressure, caused some negativeeffects of health problems, this situation is particularlyprominent in the young students. In the past twenty years, ourcountry young students physique continued to decline, causedthe high attention of the nation and society. But the impactof examination oriented education, an important sports in a lotof time just to say, does secondary, a form of busy don’t, relight arms, school enrollment rate is the final aim, physicaleducation and after-school time is often use of school,students’ physical exercise time was the school deprived.Therefore,2005the Ministry of Education issued the Ministryof education to ensure students work day physical activityadvice, request an hour a day for sports activities to ensurethat students work to implement. In2006the State CouncilorChen Zhili announced that hundreds of millions of studentsnationwide Sunshine Sports campaign officially started, askeach school the first set up the thought of health first, then,the big break sports activities for an hour every day boom. Asthe "Sunshine Physical Education" to carry out, the big break sports activities many school was born.The big break sports activities in recent years in thetraditional class-break setting-up exercise based on thevigorous development of a new organization form of school PE,compared with the traditional class-break setting-up exercise,big break sports activities for a long time, content,organization form of life, exercise intensity was suitable, itnot only can help the students learn to adjust tension, and topromote physical and mental health of students have obviouseffect.Therefore, this article uses the literature method,interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematicalstatistics method, field survey method and other methods ofZiyun Buyi and Miao Autonomous County Middle and primary schoolsports recess purpose, students’ participation motivation andattitude, activity content, time, way and the status of eachschool big break sports activities of the organizationmanagement, propaganda way, influencing factors analysis. Theresults show that:First, primary and secondary schools of Ziyun Buyi and MiaoAutonomous County of90%above is not opened the big breaksports activities, still remain in the original foundation oftraditional class-break setting-up exercise, only a handful of schools, development situation is not ideal.Second, Ziyun Buyi and Miao Autonomous County Primary andsecondary school students to participate in sports recess tohold a positive attitude, but there were significantdifferences in motivation.Third, Ziyun Buyi and Miao Autonomous County school sportsrecess content are more traditional, less active content andboring, lack of interest; organizational form is single.Fourth, Ziyun Buyi and Miao Autonomous County schoolsinfluenced by examination oriented education concept, theconcept of re light arms still exist, usually only pay attentionto the training of cultural achievements, and neglect thestudent physical health improved, no campus sports cultureatmosphere is strong, will not be able to foster the students’physical exercise consciousness and the concept of lifelongsports; also restricted the local sports recess normaldevelopment.Fifth, influence factors of big break sports activities inprimary and secondary schools in Ziyun Miao and BuyeiAutonomous County is in many aspects, the positive factor isthe local folk customs are relatively strong, and theirstrengths, more minority traditional project, loved by thestudents; secondly is the sports teachers strength, mostly undergraduate, professional and highly training, able to workindependently in teaching, work attitude is positive. The mainimpact is the leadership is not enough; lack of funds, a seriousshortage of facilities; content monotonous, form is single;management, evaluation system is not perfect and other factorshave hampered the normal development of the big break sportsactivities.Sixth, big break sports activities in primary and middleschools in Ziyun Buyi and Miao Autonomous County propaganda isnot enough, in the investigation process there are manystudents do not know what is the big break sports activities,carry out big break sports purpose is not clear, for their ownhealth is also not clear what effect. Eventually led to the bigbreak sports activities and sports teaching goal, teachingcontent, teaching form can not be effectively combined, thuscan not reach the sports recess to.This paper puts forward reasonable to carry out big breaksports activities on the school of the future suggestionsaccording to the research results.
