Core stability training in recent years in the sports training has aroused great concern, by industry experts and coaches that athletes physical training is an important part of the. At present, in the competitive sports training practice the theory has been the reference and application in many athletic events. But from the basic human movement quality and physiological function of basic research is relatively meager. Therefore, this research from the training set out actually, the core stability training applied to basic physical training practice, combine theory with practice, through the practice of training from revealed based on core stability training on female college students’ability of sports, for the correct understanding of core strength training, reasonable arrangement of core strength training methods and provide a theoretical on the basis of the study confirmed that, many athletes have achieved through the core strength training exercise capacity and performance improvement.This paper adopts the experimental method and method of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods, in order to understand the core strength training on the ordinary female university students sports ability, this study selected45girls Xi’an Physical Education University Department of physical education as the object of study. Before the experiment to45subjects were randomly divided into three groups:experimental group (N=15) and control group (N=15), control group (N=15). The experimental group of core strength training, the control group of traditional resistance training, control group involved in normal activities. The experimental group and the control group at the same time for a period of10weeks of training,3times a week, every90minutes. The experimental process using heart rate as exercise intensity monitoring index, the target rate set for130~145/min.The results show, were tested on two groups of subjects for10weeks before and after the training of physical quality index, using T test method in the experimental group and the control group subjects each physical quality index for statistical analysis. After10weeks of exercise training, the experimental group subjects improves exercise capacity effect is better than the control group. The experimental results prove that, the core strength training can significantly promote female students’ strength quality, agility and balance capability, effect on exercise ability of significant effect, is a relatively simple means of training.The main research conclusions are as follows: 110weeks of core strength training can improve the female university students’ physical quality, performance in the sports quality of10test indicators significantly increased. Core strength training and traditional resistance training can improve the female students than abdominal force, flexible capacity, balance and agility, performance in the1minute sit-ups, sit and reach, the soft pedal one leg stance,4×10m shuttle run achieved significant improvement.2the traditional resistance training is the basis of strength training, core strength training is the basis of strength training category, so that two different training are complementary relationship. The traditional strength training on physiology and many other elements, characteristics, research results and experience influence for core strength training, but the core strength training in requirement, function, mechanism, ways of training and methods different from traditional strength training and has its unique characteristics. Core strength training in traditional resistance training at the same time, the core parts of the muscle groups through the support, force transmission, control of body movement, so that the traditional power and maximum effectiveness demonstrated.3This paper suggests that the traditional resistance training and core strength training to improve the special strength as the ultimate goal. In a training session, in arrange activities after the traditional resistance training and core strength training sequence, should follow the first traditional strength training, then is the core strength training, both the time allocation ratio of approximately3:2. Consideration should also be given to muscle fiber types, neuron, nerve and muscle fiber ratio and hormone responses to factors such as the traditional strength and core strength training of different effects as well as traditional strength and core strength and speed, flexibility, endurance, agility, balance ability combined with training, attention should be paid to training sequence and convergence.
