The21st century is a highly competitive era of the talent, but the traditional music classroom with teachers speaking and students listening mode not only restricts the development of creative thinking, but also largely stifled students’enthusiasm. Along with the music curriculum reform, new ideas music curriculum, objectives, content and teaching and evaluation methods like a breath of fresh air, blown into the primary and secondary schools.Basic music education has brought new changes. Among children as a new musical music teaching carrier for the development of the overall quality of students to provide a broader space, by the majority of teachers and students. Children’s musicals, mainly refers to singing as a means of expression, music for the soul, the script for the foundation, through singing, body movement, music to heighten the actor’s reaction children live show plot. In the process of performing, some singing the main dance as an auxiliary; some dance with singing and dancing; some with poetry readings and narration. There are many ways in children’s musical performance, but the mainly is a " fairy tale " approach. Staged musicals for children in line with the psychological and learning characteristics of students, stimulate students’interest in learning music.The paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter illustrates children’s musicals in elementary music teaching applied research background, significance and research methods, and from a theoretical and practical aspects of the literature of the sort, and finally musicals and children’s musical concepts made to define. The second chapter illustrates the children’s musical applied to elementary school music teaching theory. Mainly elaborated from pedagogy, educational psychology and music theory pedagogy three aspects, which are discussed separately pedagogy learning theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, cooperative learning theory from three aspects constructivism Educational psychology theory expounded mainly from the physical and psychological characteristics of students, including the development of psychological characteristics which features imaginative thinking and the development of characteristic features of motivation and interest in learning. Mainly in music pedagogy and music Orff music teaching the new curriculum standards as a basis for elaboration. The third chapter introduces the practice of children’s musicals. In this chapter, the author developed a four-stage theory of creativity, namely preparation stage, embryonic stage, uncertain phase, validation phase, based on the children by the musical " Flower and Boob " creative analysis of children’s musical teaching practice are introduced. The fourth chapter illustrates the value of teaching children musical applications. On the one hand is the value of the students, is to enhance the students’musical aesthetic ability to improve their overall quality of development. The other is the value of the teacher, that teacher’s role to promote the conversion to promote professional development of teachers.Musical teaching gives teachers new teaching ideas and gives students the way open to learn music, which changes the way students learn music, improve the overall quality of students’ ability, such as musical creative ability, singing performance ability, language skills, teamwork, ability to learn and so on. Children’s musical as an adjunct to the music teaching students to construct an effective model becomes knowledge not only helps to achieve teaching objectives, but also for the development of students’ ability to provide a platform for innovation.
