Curriculum standards are specified the nature of the course,course objectives, content targeting a particular subject,the implementation of the proposed teaching guidance document.Compared with the syllabus curriculum standards in the basic curriculu,curriculum objectives,curriculum implementation of the recommendations of several parts as set forth more detailed,clear,especially made for all students to learn the basic requirements.Thus,after two successive comparing curriculum standards that can help us understand the competent department of education under the new situation for new ideas.new goals and new requirements of the proposed curriculum,curriculum reform will help promote the expansion and implementation of goals,which has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,a method of literature research,research analysis,interpretation and carefully detailed analysis of Phase I and II curriculum Shanghai high school curriculum standards on political,historical inheritance and changes made the difference between a more comprehensive study and comments.This paper consists of four parts:Firstly,the origin of the problem,and made a study of domestic research situation analysis;secondly,the actual current curriculum standards reform,discusses the purpose of the standard high school curriculum of ideological and political comparative study meaning;third,on the basis of interpretation,the focus on these two curriculum standards,about the "overall goal","course objectives","content standards" and"curriculum evaluation,"the statement comparative study,trying to explain its history change and evolution,as reflected in the evolution of the times.The last part of the article,that is,except comparative study based on the above,the final part of the article in my comparative study of perception and understanding of the above made some thoughts and suggestions may not be mature.Hope to be in theory and in practice,for the reform and development of China’s ideological and political theory courses play a valuable role.
