Cooperative learning is a teaching theory and strategy of creative and effective, is an important way of learning of students, is an important part of moral lessons in junior high school curriculum standard idea. At present, research on Cooperative Learning in the junior middle school thought moral teaching is still inadequate, resulting in the cooperative learning did not play its due role. Therefore, the practice of cooperative learning in the ideological and moral teaching in junior high school, explore the cooperative learning strategies for the ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school is very necessary.Cooperative learning in the operation strategy can be divided into two stages to implement strategy of teaching strategies and teaching. Teaching preparation strategy mainly refers to the students and design issues. Teaching strategy from teachers to carry out cooperative learning in classroom instruction strategy and the students to grasp the two aspects of guiding strategy cooperation skills. The teachers and students to implement effective strategies in cooperative learning, improve students’ Ideological and moral course grades, increase students’ learning interest and improve the ideological and moral lesson cooperative consciousness and skills of the students.
