| Elementary education plays an important part in increasing knowledge andfostering the pupil’s interest. The teacher’s ability of teaching mainly comes fromamount of knowledge and the knowledge structure. According to the internationallyaccepted standards, the teacher has to master modern education theory of knowledge,such as pedagogy, psychology, science of personnel, educational sociology, emergingdiscipline…; the teachers also have to know some modern scientific and technicalknowledge. However, bachelor degree or above lever is less than60%in our countrynow, which is still a large gap between China and developed countries taking theundergraduate as a starting point. Nowadays, with the rapid development oftechnology and information, the teachers in primary school widely exist lacking of theconsciousness of lifelong learning. This paper will take the knowledge managementas the breakthrough point to find ways to promote the development of primary schoolteachers’ knowledge, which improve the knowledge reserve and teaching level toachieve the same development of teachers and students.The first chapter is the instruction. It mainly puts forward the research meaning,content and ideas which are based on domestic and foreign literatures. The secondchapter is the related concepts of teacher knowledge, development model of teacherknowledge, knowledge management, the organization mode of knowledgemanagement, organizational strategy. The third chapter is analysis of the knowledgemanagement status of primary school teachers through questionnaires survey. Thefourth chapter proposes the development strategies of primary school teachers’knowledge from knowledge management, knowledge management culture, technicalmeans of knowledge management, knowledge management system. At last, itsummarizes the conclusion of this study and puts forward the lack of this study andfuture. |
