Strength quality is the basis of improving the basketball athletes’ physical qualities great strength quality level of players is the prerequisite to get the excellent results, the stand or fall of strength quality directly affects the basketball athlet e’s sports level and sports life, strength quality owner very important position i n basketball, good physical quality of basketball players is of great significance to enhance and give full play the athletes’ technical and integral tactical level, but, at the present stage, our Country for university man c group (high level) of basketball players are lack of in-depth analysis and research to strength qu ality training. Therefore this article in view of the man’s basketball team of H enan university, Zhengzhou university and Sias international university to be on behalf of the c group of Henan university man’s c group of athletes as the s pecific research object, on the basis of the specific studies theory of strength tr aining for basketball in China, studying deeply the specific training methods of the man’s c group in college and university of Henan province, seeking the i nternal defects and successful experience for strength training.In this article, through using the interview method, literature material meth od, mathematical statistics to carry out in-depth analysis and research, then furt her obtained the following conclusions:(1) The strength training level of the college and university man’s c group of basketball players in Henan is on the low, although in the growth of stren gth quality, with the growth of the age, the strength growth rate is in declinin g, and the power of the system training time is not enough.(2) During the assemble for training, man’s c group of university basketba11players in Henan will march systematic strength training, from the starting ti me of the assemble training until the week before the competition; To ensure t hat the athlete strength training is4times a week, the time of every class is shorter, and to ensure the scientific time interval between each strength training section.(3) The strength training method of university man’s c group basketball at hlete in Henan is different, with different training means, the main means of Z hengzhou university and Henan university man’s c group basketball team are u narmed practice, the main means of Sias international university man’s c grou p basketball team are instrument practice; For the basketball specific techniques to make specific training and make the related Intrinsic muscles trained; But, because its training method is single, so that it can’t realize the training goals of comprehensive development(4) The training load arrangement of university man’s c group basketball a thlete in Henan is little change in the whole cycle, it is mainly small and med ium intensity and more repetitions, and through the fast explosive force model, enhancing the further development of high speed endurance and strength, and it may slightly increase the explosive force of athletes, but there is no much f unction in the biggest strength for the athletes.(5) The combination of strength training and tactics training are more scie ntific for the university man’s c group of basketball players in Henan, at the e nd of the session, it can be appropriately shooting drills of a certain intensity training, to further overcome the aftereffect of strength training for the destructi on of dynamic stereotype.Through to arrange the strength training in basketball training week class o fc group in Henan University, research and analysis the characteristic of its stre ngth training, have the following suggestions:(1)The Universities of Henan Zhengzhou University Henan University and Si as International College men’s basketball team in Group C Times the amount of quality training are three, two, one.According to the characteristics of high-level t earn of three universities for optimum(2)It can be in a reasonable range to increase the class of strength training i n Henan university men’s basketball team, such as choosing strength training fo ur days a week, on Monday and Thursday to select one or several groups of muscles exercise, exercise on Tuesday and Friday to select other muscle groups, time in half an hour is more appropriate, under the guarantee of training class es, should we confirm to control the muscle strength recovery degree.(3) In the attention of Henan university men’s basketball team strength tr aining development in the region, at the same time, we should attach great im portance to the overall coordination of the muscles. Even at the beginning of training stage should also pay attention to the balanced development of muscles, in the initial stage should choose the comprehensive and balanced developmen t, to a certain level, then selecting one of the key development, and it can app ropriately change the way so that to avoid athletes having tired of the psychol ogical in training.(4) The men’s basketball team strength training load is very important in He nan university, it should take scientific methods to monitor, according to the actu al situation and acception of the player to make timely adjustment, at the early stages of the training, we should schedule a large number of relatively load train ing to lay a foundation for the comprehensive promotion of quality power.(5) at the end of the week class strength training, it can take some proper r elaxation exercises, such as the two players could massage each other muscles, s o that the muscles of the athletes get better recovery, and avoid the dead muscle after training (bodybuilders’ muscle elasticity is poorer, explosive power is dow n).
