In today’s society, school education has become increasingly concerned people pay more and moreattention about the issue. In the school, the class is an important environment for students’ development,how to manage the students, how to cultivate students’ has become the research focus on many teachersand scholars. The implementation of Class Autonomous management can not only reduce the workburden, but also to promote all-round development of students.This paper describes the high school class autonomous management background, value, significance,the research present situation and development trend of domestic and international class autonomousmanagement in recent years by literature analysis, analysis of the current situation of Class Autonomousmanagement and the existing problems; to understand and analysis of the status quo of Hefei, including××middle school class autonomous management and existing the problem by using the method ofquestionnaire, interview, case analysis: the class autonomous management understand error, ClassAutonomous Management formalization is serious, some students on class participation is not high, themanagement of their students in the class management in the role of a clear understanding. Finally putforward effective countermeasures to the implementation of Class Autonomous Management: the schoolfrom the aspects of attention and support of Class Autonomous management, the establishment of threesection type class autonomous management mode, establish the management mechanism of ClassAutonomous management routine, to create a Class Autonomous management culture, selection andtraining of cadres, the class seats, so that every student can participate in the class management.On thebasis of above analysis, the author points out of Class Autonomous Management: clever use of incentivemechanism, strengthen the communication between the students and adhere to the combination ofinstitutionalization and humanization management, finally puts forward the requirements of ClassAutonomous management of teacher quality.This paper consists of three chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, including the classautonomous management background, the definition of core concepts, literature review, research tosolve the key problems and technical difficulties, the feasibility study, the main methods; second chapteris the status quo, Hefei××Middle School Class Autonomous Management existence question andreason analysis of Class Autonomous Management in the third chapter; effective methods to improvethe class autonomous management, through this research helps to enrich the theory and PracticeResearch of Class Autonomous management, professional development to accelerate theimplementation of overall development and class teacher, class autonomous management to promotestudents.
