Study On Informatization Of University Scholarship Management Project

The scholarship evaluation is a common and important task in college studentsmanagement, it involves the vital interests of students, which can not onlyeffectively promote students’ all-round development of morality, but also advance thedevelopment of education, and lay the foundation for the comprehensivedevelopment of human being. Nowadays, the university’s simple combinationof man-machine evaluation model and inefficient information management leadto low work efficiency, big error, slow data update, lack of impartiality and greatwaste of public resources, so that it can not meet the need of college enrollmentand many scholarship projects. Therefore, it is necessary to promote theinformation management of college scholarship project, then it will make thescholarship evaluation become standardized and institutionalized, improve themanagement level and reduce the cost of management.Based on this, this paper analyzes the research situation of home and abroad,defines the concept of University scholarship, overviews the informationof scholarship management project and summarizes the three-dimensional structuretheory, the3T model theory and so on. It analysizes the information demandof scholarship project from the business requirement, functional requirementsand non-functional requirements, opportunities and challenges that the universityscholarship project will face. Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an example, itdiscusses the present situation of scholarship information management, the problemsfacing, uses the SWOT analysis method to parse the advantages and disadvantages,puts forward the method of object-oriented development, takes MyEclipse as thedevelopment platform, uses C#as development tool, establishes backstage databasewith SQL-Server2005and adopts C/S model. It’s developed basing on thecorresponding software and hardware development environment, analysizes anddesigns for each power supply module, database, system interface, input andoutput. Finally, the method realizes the students basic information module andintegrated scholarship module through the programming and test byadding, deleting, modifying and querying. This method ensuresthe scholarship information system to set different permissions for entry according todifferent users, to enter and query the student information. Meanwhile, it improvesthe management level of students scholarship, reduces the management cost andachieves the purpose of paperless office.
