Without quality teacher education in a university teacher, there’s no highquality teacher education, none of the teachers at the national level. Deepening of thereform and development of teacher education, improving the quality of teachereducation team is not a once and for all, and with reform with the times. Therefore, tomake the inner development is continuously inspired Faculty of teacher education, thepath to a stable and effective means he will need to find and establish, through thispath, on the one hand, development can achieve consistent promotion of the qualityof teacher education, in order to achieve improved steadily on the other, teachereducators can adapt with changing teachers ’ educational requirements. Therefore, theauthor, through learning and reflection, theory of learning and absorbing teachers,undertake a study on construction of Yunnan normal university teacher educationpath. Full-text is composed of four parts:Part I: introduction. Research study on the background and significance of thethesis set out to study teacher education the need for team-building. Researchmethods and ideas and introduced article.Part II: teacher education in Yunnan Normal University, the basic situation ofthe staff. This part mainly on present situation of Yunnan normal university teachereducation team, problems of teacher education team and the major results achievedby the team construction of teachers ’ education analyzed, is the basis of this research.Part III: path analysis of team construction of teachers ’ education in YunnanNormal University. This part by reference to the documentation, analysis of teamconstruction of teachers ’ education in Yunnan Normal University existing paths,identify their problems, and the causes of these problems.
