A Practical Study On The Interactive Whiteboard In Hearing And Hearing English Teaching

Limited to the deaf students’ physical defects and cognitive characteristics, Deafstudents of English teaching form is single and less attractive. Teaching activity isrestricted. The students’ enthusiasm and initiative is not high, and bad learning effectfor these reasons. It’s the important practical significance to increase the deafstudent’s learning interest, to enhance the interaction between teachers and studentsand to improve the deaf student’s learning efficiency by Interactive whiteboard.My study include: firstly, the author looks up many thesis and works which wroteby the domestic and overseas professors and scholars to study constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory and interactive teaching theory, summary some relatedideas and achievement that the interactive whiteboard is used in the English class, anddetect cognitive characteristics and behavioral habits of the disabled students.Secondly, the author knows the English teaching situation and problems of the deafstudents in Yunnan Huaxia Secondary, Technical School and studies the teachingdesign applying the interactive whiteboard. Thirdly, through the teaching, the authorcompares two questionnaires and talks with the English teacher to prove the validityof the interactive whiteboard in the class.According to research, Based on the design and application of InteractiveWhiteboard is useful.
