A Practical Study On The Compilation Of Compulsory Education

As one of developed areas in China, the compulsory education in the city of Shanghai is relatively perfect. Currently, The question of “rule education by school constitution” is a critical issue. The purpose of this paper is analyzing the process of school constitution making in Shanghai, in order to find the matter which affect this process, finally, to provide some feasible advices for the work of compulsory schools.According research, this paper concluded following facts: the basic most schools in research are corresponded to the request of the Shanghai Educational Bureau. There isn`t too many differences in the process of school constitution making, but the different schools have different contains in the school constitution. But there still exist some problems, such as, the lack of standardization in structure, statement and contains in some school constitution.Some school leaders are not clear the importance of school constitution in educational management and cannot make a school constitution in a right way.etc.The writer of this paper try to provide some advises to solve those problems,there are three main aspects which are taking some feasible measures to optimize the contains and the making process of school constitution, added some right instruct from local government...
