Narrative writing teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in senior highschool. Writing narrative well is more conducive to improve students’ writing ability, helpthe students to adapt to future learning, work and life. In the process of writing, studentsshould be encouraged to write iconically and detailedly, truly express their feelings, writewith personality, from which the students can obtain promotion in the ability and achieveself growth. But in most cases, students’ own life experience, observation and thinking andreading accumulation are ignored. The lack of clear training requirements, training contentsystem, scientific training methods and careful training plan leads to the low efficiency ofthe teaching in writing narratives.After deep research and analysis of "Curriculum Criterion of Chinese Teaching inOrdinary High School", along with the teaching practice of narrative writing teaching goalfor the implementation and completion stage segmentation, the author finished three yearsof high school narrative writing teaching goals and pointed out the direction for the highschool narrative writing teaching. Deeply involved in narrative writing teaching, the authoralso visited nearly a thousand high school students and nearly100teachers of Jiangsuprovince, putting forward the narrative writing teaching strategy according to the concreteteaching problems. A practiced example in narrative writing teaching is also demonstrated:students’ narrative writing should be originated from life and reading and be based onstudents’ practical writing and the characteristics of narrative writing. In the process ofteaching, teaching materials, reading and writing skills, instructions and assessmenttechniques should be combined effectively. Promote students’ writing with reading as wellas assessment, thus realizing the "writing, reading and commenting” three-in-one narrativewriting teaching strategy. Meanwhile, technical guidance should be offered step by step.Scientific, systematic and orderly implementation of teaching should be carried out withplans and purposes, making “reading, writing and commenting” form a system andrealizing the overall upgrading of narrative writing teaching. In three years as a time span,narrative writing teaching in high school based on "reading, writing and commenting" is arranged in a complicated but orderly way with a series of effective measures, to improvethe effectiveness of the narrative writing teaching.The essay also focuses on how to guide the reading, essay drafting,imitative writing,timed writing, narrative writing assessment, evaluation, commenting face-to-face innarrative writing teaching, which is systematic, guiding, practical and innovative.
