Qinghai province is a Multiethnic region in which the living pattern is formed a "one nationality living compactly in a small community but in a large area" and Putonghua is the mainly communicative language from different nations. And the Tibetan is mainly live together with other nations in the towns and countries in Anto Tibet regions. With the frequent communication of the Han people and Tibetan Putonghua has the vital significance in the social advance, cultural development and the quality of the Tibetan increase, and play a pivotal role in promoting the communication of different nations. So the quality of bilingual teaching between mandarin and Tibetan region decides on the success of elementary education and improving the quality of Tibetan or not.Firstly, the importance of learning Chinese language teaching and the progress of the basic situation of the Tibetan region from both an overview of Tibetan students, which leads to Tibetan students to learn the Chinese language, which version of textbooks for their learning problems. Secondly, based on curriculum standards, comparative "Yu Wen" and "Han Yu". The main materials were analyzed from three aspects:the text system and practice systems, their characteristics are summarized in two textbooks. The third part is through questionnaires. HaiBei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province Gangcha County school to investigate, including the investigation and analysis of specific materials. Through the survey found that the second language teaching material nature well, the difficulty is low, easy to grasp Chinese knowledge and to form Chinese abilitly.lt is euit to the students of farmland and pasture in Tibet. "Yu Wen" does not conform to the second language teaching characteristic, and is difficult to Tibet students, and the students are not easy to grasp Chinese knowledge and to form Chinese ability.
